Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("ToS") carefully before using the TribalBase ("the App") on the Slack platform. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree to the terms, you may not use the App.

Definitions

1.1. "You" or "User" refers to the individual who accesses or uses the App.

1.2. "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the creators and operators of the App.

1.3. "Slack" refers to the messaging platform developed and operated by Slack Technologies, Inc.

App Functionality

The App is designed to index historical conversations within a User's Slack workspace and provide answers to User queries based on the synthesized data from those conversations. The App does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of answers.

License

Subject to your compliance with these ToS, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App solely for your internal business purposes within your Slack workspace.

User Data & Privacy

4.1. By using the App, you grant us access to your historical conversations on Slack. We will use this data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.4.2. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information.4.3. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from your Slack workspace members to access and index their historical conversations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to, its design, algorithms, and source code, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the App without our express written consent.

Restrictions

You agree not to:
6.1. Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

6.2. Use the App to breach the privacy rights of your Slack workspace members.

6.3. Interfere with the operation of the App or the Slack platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these ToS.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

8.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2. In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These ToS and any dispute arising from or related to them will be governed by the laws of Poland. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland for any legal proceedings arising from these ToS.

Changes to These ToS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these ToS at any time. By continuing to use the App after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised ToS.
